Wiz rebrand an embarrassment
Don’t jump to conclusions; this isn’t a sports column accidentally placed on the opinions page. This concerns the beautiful art tied to sports: graphic design.
Dramatic changes to a sports team’s identity are unfortunately met with fans’ immediate desire to buy merchandise sporting the new logo, forgetting about forming an opinion about the h [...]
‘Ninja Attack’ book informative
Before zombies and vampires became popular, the cool thing was ninja. Kids dressed up as ninja for Halloween carrying around their fake Samurai swords and wearing masks covering up their entire faces except for the eyes.
Most people think they know what a ninja is, but “Ninja Attack! True Tales of Assassins, Samurai, and Outlaws,” a book by H [...]
Wii’s ‘Goldeneye’ 007 out of 8

“Love and Other Drugs” is set during the mid ’90s and is the story of charming drug salesman Jamie Randall (Gyllenhaal), [...]

“Tangled” is, of course, in 3-D. Fantastic.
Unfortunately, it falls into the same trap as every other 3-D movie aroun [...]

A: School-wise I’m in the jazz band.
Q: What do you play in jazz band?
A: Guitar.
Q: How did your interest in music develop?
A: Well, it kind of started with my dad. He introduced me to all the music that I like now. Metal, classic rock.
